This tea set is so beautiful. If you are interested in starting to brew tea in a more traditional way, this is a really good beginner set – it has everything you need and a great carrying case too! I love how beautiful each piece is and the porcelain is so fine. Definitely recommend!

Gongfu Tea as part of the process does involve dumping an initial wash, so the tray is great for that, but the brewing pot and serving jug do dribble from the spout. Functionally, this is not a problem, but it does leave the outside a bit stained during the process of brewing and drinking. Not a permanent issue, but good to know if you are bothered by such things.

I purchased this set for making gong fu tea, and it is fantastic. The porcelain feels high quality and everything arrived quickly, and undamaged. Perfect for a relaxing tea session, great to slow down and enjoy the process, the changing flavors of the tea as the steeps progress. Overall a good set.

I got this Chinese tea set because I love the clean lines and classic aesthetics, and they did not disappoint! I love to sit around the table to share tea with my friends and chat, and this tea set has all the components needed for a great tea session. Not only is this tea set pleasing to the eye, but it is also very practical for any serious tea drinkers.

Really enjoying this travel set! Typically you have to give up on some quality in order to gain portability, but this is an interesting mix of everything. It’s a bit larger than other travel sets so it’s not as easily portable but that also means it’s got higher quality. So I guess this is more like, take to your lake house portable rather than toss it in your backpack portable. Well, you can take the set out of the large case and pack it up together and condense it down more, and then has no protective carrying case other than a bag so I really wouldn’t trust that. I’d rather buy a set that was dedicated for that kind of portability and comes in its own protective, hard, small carrying case. I would sacrifice design quality for that kind of portability.
The pot feels really great in my hand and pours very nicely, and I felt very comfortable handling it and the lid and moving around to pour. The cups drink very well and feel very nice in the hand, no drip or dribbles from the rims. I appreciate the fairing cup and all the other accessories that come with, it all packs up so nicely and looks so elegant other than the tray is plastic and doesn’t really match everything else. I’ll probably use this in my home with a different larger wooden tray, but if I’m on the go, I’ll bring out that thin plastic tray.

I was a little skeptical first about it saying the that it was worth it because of the fact that it actually enhances the flavor well I got it today I opened up to see if it was true and to my surprise it was indeed true the flavor enhancing I just had some regular black tea and with very little water well a good amount of water I should say actually but it tasted wonderful I could taste the flavor more than I usually do with my black tea I love the texture everybody who’s coming at about the porcelain Jade texture and everything feeling like Silk they are 100% correct I love the actual artsmanship on it because it’s amazing easy to use I had to look up a video to know how to use it last night cuz it was supposed to be here today which it did arrive today and to be honest I am not disappointed I gave the exact amount of money but I feel like it’s worth a little bit more money and it’s beautiful I think you guys so much for creating a wonderful piece of something that’s going to be in my life for a while thank you

Great set that looks beautiful and is functional. Everything in the picture is included. It’s more of a sample size tea cup. It arrived much earlier than I expected. It was shipped in a very carefully packed box with Styrofoam. Everything is wonderful! This is a really pretty and nice tea set. I have been a traditional, old fashion Chinese tea drinker since I was a kid. I LOVE what I have bought. I really enjoy using this new tea set for making my tea.
